Purpose of Processing
The personal data you provide by email, phone or WhatsApp is processed for the following purposes: to handle your inquiries and requests for information, and to manage the pre-contractual and commercial relationship between businesses (B2B), including the preparation, follow-up and management of quotes and orders.
In addition, if you interact with this website’s forms or live chat, your data is managed through HubSpot, our marketing and CRM platform, for the purpose of handling your request, sending you the information you ask for and, where applicable, commercial communications related to our products.
Legal Basis
The legal basis for processing is the consent of the data subject when contacting us and, where applicable, the taking of pre-contractual steps or the performance of a business relationship (Art. 6(1)(a) and 6(1)(b) GDPR).
For contact forms that do not request an explicit consent checkbox, the legal basis is legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), based on the fact that it is the data subject themselves who initiates contact and voluntarily provides their data in order to receive a reply.

Recipients of Data
No data is shared with third parties, except where legally required. Certain service providers necessary for the operation of the website (for example, web hosting) may have access to data as data processors, subject to the guarantees provided under the GDPR. In particular, we use HubSpot, Inc. as our marketing and CRM platform; this may involve an international transfer of data to the United States, covered by the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and, as a secondary safeguard, the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses. Your Rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by contacting info@anasedano.es, indicating the right you wish to exercise and enclosing a copy of an identification document. Commercial Prospecting (B2B)
In addition to the above, we process professional contact data (name, job title, company, professional email and phone number) of individuals working at companies that may be interested in our products, for the purpose of B2B commercial prospecting.
The legal basis for this processing is legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), limited to the data necessary for professional contact and used solely to maintain a business relationship with the company where the person works.
Where this data was not obtained directly from the data subject, it comes from publicly available sources related to their professional activity (corporate websites, business directories, or professional networks).
